Strongly acidic cleaning agent. NO foam. Suitable for CIP method. Removes limescale, milk, beer, and wine deposits.

Composition: Nitric acid, phosphoric acid, corrosion inhibitors.

PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES:

 Protects against corrosion and is suitable for all metal, including aluminum, ceramic, and plastic surfaces.

When used according to the instructions, no nitrogen gases are released, as it remains stable even at 80°C T in the working solution.

The non-foaming nature of the product and the high turbulence in CIP installations contribute to effective cleaning.

Effectively removes mineral deposits, discoloration, beer and milk stone.

Economical and effective in both hard and soft water.

Easy to rinse off.

AREAS OF APPLICATION:

For daily and/or periodic cleaning using the CIP method of equipment in the dairy, beer, and wine industries, such as pasteurizers, autoclaves, pipelines, tanks, centrifuge filters, as well as for passivation of new vessels and pipelines.

METHOD OF USE:  By circulation, soaking, pouring, at the following concentrations of the working solution:

1-3% for beer stone, at 10-80ºC, for 10-30 minutes

0.5-2% for milk stone, at 60-80ºC, for 10-20 minutes

5-10% for passivation, at 60-80ºC, for 10-20 minutes

5-10% for basic washing of CCT, at 60-80°C, for 30-40 minutes

Appearance: clear liquid

Density: 1.26 - 1.30

pH value of 1% solution at 20ºC: 1.00 - 1.20
